Educe salon is proud, honored and humbled at the education L’Oreal Professionnel has brought to our team.  Min Kim, Theresa Adams, and Phillip Rosado just to name a few!  We got the “best in the business” according to behind the chair.com magazine to come into our salon and personally teach, inspire, and mentor our team of professionals at Educe Salon! On June 2014, we were honored to host the awesome Min Kim of L’Oreal Professionnel to teach the elements of Balayage and all that goes into the art. This is the second class Educe has had n the art of Balayage. This training began in 2012 Educe Salon brought in Katia, a L’Oreal Pro artist from Paris into the salon to teach. It was great to see how the industry has developed the art and taken this beautiful highlight application to a whole different level! On July 14th, 2014 the talented and down to earth Theresa Adams also of L’Oreal Professionnel into Educe Salon to take our color knowledge to the next level and perfect our application process of Balayage and Ombre services. Our owner Phillip Rosado, also a National L’Oreal Professionnel artist, teaches and inspires our team on the daily. To be the Best Salon in Orlando, you have to never stop learning and keep your team inspired, and set yourself apart from the rest. Our team at Educe has put the time and energy into their craft to give their clients the best service and knowledge available.
