CHELSEA MILLIGAN – ORLANDO HAIR STYLIST

Chelsea is one of our educators and a top stylist at Educe with an abundance of training under her belt. She has trained with L’Oreal Professionnel in their Soho Academy as well as in house at Educe Academy. She has trained with Bumble and Bumble, Shu Umera, Paul Mitchell, and Wella. Chelsea apprenticed, studied, and earned her masters degree in hair under owner Phillip Rosado. She is one of his favorite proteges to date!  Her hard work ethic and dedication to learning and perfecting her color & cutting skills when first starting at Educe Salon and has certainly contributed to her accomplishments as one of our elite stylist and educators in Educe. She is an amazing colorist, and her work speaks for itself.  She is an artist with the drive and passion to take her career to the highest levels. She is dedicated, always willing to further her education, teach others, and always on top of her game! Chelsea is certified in Tape in extensions and can give you the long locks you’ve always dreamed of!  She is eager to help all her clients meet and exceed their hair expectations. Chelsea works closely with an associate at Educe who is fully trained and licensed. Her associate will , under the direction of Chelsea, will help with color applications, treatments, mixing your custom formula, and your blow out.  We like to think of our apprentices as having their bachelor degree, and at Educe we train all staff to have their masters degree in the art of hair!
