Narciso grew up in Brooklyn and pulls inspiration from all the diverse cultures that N.Y.C. has to offer in the understanding that we do not just “do hair” as hairstylists, it’s a deep connection and love for humankind and the connection made “doing hair’ is just the icing on the cake.
