Educe trains each staff member before they  perform services on the floor to ensure brand equality. Our staff attends national advanced training throughout the year to maintain a level of superior quality, and the latest in techniques. This education is brought both in house for our staff to remain local , as well as we fly several staff member to NYC each year to train and get inspired. On average, our staff attends ten different classes ranging in cutting, color, styling and advanced techniques by the best educators and companies in the industry per year. We are trained and skilled professionals that provide the best Balayage, Ombre, and Hair cutting techniques Orlando has to offer. We offer advanced techniques as well as classic cutting and color techniques.
