Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can change unexpectedly, and at times, it may affect your appointment with us. Last-minute cancellations and “no-shows” are detrimental to our business. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments incur the following fees.

To accommodate all of our guests, Please provide 24hrs notice for any cancellations. Failure to do so, or in the event of a no-show, will result in a charge. Please be aware, out of respect to other guests, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it is up to the stylist’s discretion if they can still provide the service in the remaining time allowed. Thank you for understanding, as everyone’s time is valuable!

  • Cancellations outside of 24 hours: No Charge
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment: 50% of the scheduled service
  • Cancellations or “no-shows” on the day of service*: 100% of the scheduled service

Confirmations are a courtesy, not an obligation, on our part. If for some reason, you have not received your text message & or Email confirmation sent out 48 hrs before, it does not waive any cancellation fees.

Salon Policies:

We strive for all of our guests to leave loving their hair and feeling great! You being happy and loving your look is very important to us.
If for any reason, you are unhappy, we would be glad to make any adjustments needed to get you to love your hair.

Our policies are as follows :

  • Out of respect to other guests, if you are  15 minutes late or more to your appointment, it is up to the stylist’s discretion if they can still provide the service in the remaining time allowed or if scheduling/appointment adjustments need to be made. Thank you for understanding, as everyone’s time is valuable!
  • We do not offer refunds. If, for any reason, you are unhappy, please let us know within 10 days of your service date, and we will be glad to offer adjustments if need be, and it is warranted.
  • We can not make adjustments if you or another stylist attempts to do so. There are no exceptions.
  • To better serve you and make sure you are set up for success, we can only guarantee our services if you purchase our Recommended products for at-home care to protect your investment. Your stylist at Educe will prescribe custom products to fit your hair needs.
  • Some complex color correction services, including any service with box color hair history, may need more than one setting to achieve your desired result.  This will be explained to you, and you will be required to sign a waiver stating that you understand all of our policies and procedures.
  • A credit card will be required to reserve any appointment booked online or via our front desk team.
  • Your credit card is secure. Your credit card number is stored in an encrypted third-party account. We do not have access to your full card number.
  • Color Correction services will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling and will go towards your final service bill.

Extension Policies

  • Your extension consultation will include a non-refundable 50% deposit. This will go towards your final bill after the installation of your extensions.
  • Move-up must be scheduled within 8-weeks of installation. Any length of time more than an 8-week grow-out is subject to an additional $100 per week added to the adjustment price after the 8-week mark.
