PHILLIP ROSADO – ORLANDO’S AWARD WINNING HAIR STYLIST

Phillip Rosado is a proud L’Oreal Professionnel National Artist! He joined forces with L’Oreal Professionnel, one of the best most respected companies in the business, 12 years ago and continues to grow with the company.  Being a part of such an elite group of artists humbles and continues to push him both personally and professionally as he evolves and develops. He studied, practiced, and honed his skill-set of hairdressing, coaching, developing the next generation of like mined hairdressers throughout the past 30+ years of being in the business. Phillip teaches and inspires like-minded hairdressers across the globe including Italy, London, New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, just to name a few. He began his reputation working as an Art director for Toni & Guy for over 10 years.  He has trained with Bumble and Bumble in New York City with Michael Gordan and Howard McLaren; the original founders, has Shared the international stage cutting hair with founders of  Toni & Guy, Anthony , & Bruno Mascolo, and most recently sharing his passion project the”Hairdresser reset ” across the nation.  He is constantly evolving his skill set behind the chair for his clients, a leader for his Company, and evolves his mindset personally to wear so many hats as our fearless leader, a father, and Husband. He literally never stops learning!

Phillip’s passion and perseverance, over the past 30+ years, has built him significant name recognition in the industry and he was named Orlando’s most influential people and salon owner in 2004. Phillip owned and developed a number of top Orlando salons including Alta Moda Salon, EgoLab, Glam Dry-A Blow Dry Lounge, and his master brand Educe Salon. He has built a well-respected name for himself not only in Orlando but in the hair industry as a whole. Feeling a heart’s calling to make teaching and skill-sharing a core part of his professional world, Phillip joined forces with L’Oreal Professionnel and on the weekends he is traveling the country teaching everything from the fundamentals of haircutting to the latest trends and advanced cutting techniques. He also coaches salon owners in business practices. Phillip’s desire is to unite elite Master stylists with a shared pride, passion, and sense of professionalism in an environment that values constant education and skill evolution which is what he has created at Educe Salon, Orlando’s top salon!

Phillip has an extensive clientele and loves making his clients look and feel beautiful. For the past 30+ years he has uplifted Central Florida with his beautiful creations from hair cutting to color! His techniques are always customized to meet clients needs and expectations.
