Alicia Rosado | EDUCE SALON

Alicia Rosado is the CEO of Educe Salon and Co-Owner with her husband, Phillip Rosado.

Alicia has been committed to not just curating and executing a vision for the company, but also to working on personal development to be a better leader to her team. She believes the best version of any-one’s self is yet to be, and encourages her team to grow not only professionally but personally. Most days You will find her in the office, however, she loves to dive in at the front desk, help her team with with the daily grind of towels or cleaning the salon as she wears all the hats! Providing exceptional customer service to every guest in Educe Salon is important to her and she is always available if you ever need anything.

Alicia is an accomplished hairdresser as she worked behind the chair for 18 years before deciding to take a different direction with salon ownership, she says she is forever grateful for the past 13 years of service to Educe and her team as she has grown immensely and is ready to go to the next level!
