Use weekly. After cleansing hair with Nutritive Shampoo (sold separately), apply a generous amount to wet hair. Massage or comb through mid-lengths and ends for an even distribution. Leave in hair for five minutes, then rinse thoroughly. For medium-to-thick, curly or coily hair, place a plastic cap over hair and leave on for 30 to 35 minutes for a deeper treatment. Rinse thoroughly. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately and thoroughly.
